PRESS RELEASE - SP Newsprint Co., LLC, which operates one of its two manufacturing facilities in Dublin, GA and has a subsidiary, SP Recycling Corp., which is based in Atlanta, announced that it has entered into a forbearance agreement with its revolving and term lenders. Under the terms of the agreement, SP will be provided with additional liquidity and the lenders will forebear from exercising any rights or remedies that might otherwise have been available to them. During the forbearance period, SP, its lenders and advisors will work to develop and implement a business plan for SP which will ensure its viability on a long-term basis.

Proposed Expansion of PDK Airport May Mean More Hangars, Less Controversy
STAFF REPORT - The director of Atlanta's Peachtree-Dekalb Airport (PDK) has laid out a plan to both add hangars and revenue to the airport, while simultaneously limiting future controversial growth options. The Atlanta Journal Constitution is reporting the plan, which would allow the airport to house an additional 63 planes, would use only remaining possible location for a new terminal that could allow commercial passenger traffic. The possibility of future commercial traffic has been met by protest from local residents who fear the effects of additional noise, traffic, and pollution. Roark Capital Announces Acquisitions of Arby's, Corner Bakery, and Il Fornaio
STAFF REPORT - Atlanta-based investment firm Roark Capital Group has announced the pending acquisitions of restaurant chains Arby's, Corner Bakery, and Il Fornaio. Roark is already home to such iconic brands as Auntie Anne's Pretzels, Atkins, Seattle's Best Coffee, Carvel Ice Cream, Wing Stop, Cinnabon, Schlotzsky's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill, and McAllister's Deli. The new acquisitions, reported in separate articles in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and The Atlanta Business Chronicle, will add nearly 3,750 stores to the Roark portfolio, mostly consisting of Arby's locations.
